What payment methods do you accept?
Gia An accepts all major credit and debit cards. Only one credit card may be used per purchase. We also accept payment through PayPal, Affirm, Google Pay, and Apple Pay. (Please note PayPal & Affirm checkout is only available through the website).
Will I be charge for sale tax?

Gia An is committed to providing value to our customers and our pricing is highly competitive. Unfortunately, prices cannot be negotiated. All items are unique, and we hold limited quantities of each listing, so we recommend that you purchase them while they are available.

How often do you get new item?
New items will be released on Giaan-jewelry.com each week. Visit us on Tuesday and shop our New Arrivals before they’re gone. You can also sign up for our newsletter to be the first to know about new products and receive exclusive email offers, product alerts, bestsellers items inspiration and more.
Delivery
Once your order is shipped, depending on your country or region, estimated delivery time is between 7 to 21 business days. Specific delivery dates are not provided nor guaranteed.
We offer the following delivery estimates, by country, for your reference:
United States: 7 – 14 + Working days
Canada: 7 – 14 + Working days
United Kingdom: 7 – 14 + Working days
Australia: 7 – 14 + Working days
Europe: 10 – 18 + Working days (varies widely by importing country)
Worldwide: 10 – 21 + Working days

Does Gia An expect returns?
Gia An accepts U.S. returns as long as items comply with our return policy, are in the same condition as described on the product page, and still have the Rebag return tag attached. We can only honor returns through the following return process:
- For online orders, a return request must be submitted through your Gia An account within 7 days of delivery (as proven by the tracking number). You may create your return request for a return label by accessing it under “orders” in your account (Accessible via web browser only, not available on the app).
- All online purchases can be returned with a written request for a label must be emailed to contact@giana-jewelry.com
within 7 days of delivery (as proven by the tracking number). Please provide your order number. - The item must be shipped back to Gia An no later than 2 business days from when the prepaid return label was provided (as proven by the tracking number). The label will self void after 2 business days and cannot be used beyond that. Returns shipped after 2 business days will be rejected and sent back.
- Request a receipt as proof that the package has been scanned when dropping off at UPS. Gia An is not responsible for packages that do not appear as scanned.
- Shipment fees (if any) from Gia An to the customer are nonrefundable; however, when returned online no fees apply if the item being returned is $500 or more. If the item being returned is below $500 USD, a $20 fee will be deducted from the total refund for each return shipping label used.
- Upon receipt of the return, you will receive a refund to your original payment method, regardless of reason, within 10-15 business days, both for in-store and online returns.
Gia An cannot accept international returns. Please note, if an international package is returned to sender the client will be responsible for all incurred fees.
All Sale are final. Gia An cancelation and return policies do not apply to final sale items.

Can I cancel my order?
Gia An accepts cancellation requests within one hour of receiving your order confirmation. If you request a cancellation over a weekend or holiday we will try our best to accomodate it the following business day.
Please email contact@giaan-jewelry.com with your order number to submit your request.
What if my order show is delivered, but I have not receive it?
If your package shows as delivered please double-check your shipping information on your order confirmation to confirm the order was shipped to the correct address.
You may also want to check with roommates or neighbors who may have accepted the package for you.
If the package has not shown up after 2 business days, please reach out to contact@giaan-jewelry.Com with your order number so we may assist.
